LINA TSALTAMPASI
CEO of OECON GROUP
Mrs. Tsaltampasi is the President of the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – SEGE, the President of Female Energy Cooperative WEnCoop, and the CEO of OECON Group of Companies. She actively supports Female Entrepreneurship and the Promotion of Women in all sectors of the Economy through S.E.G.E., as well as other positions she holds.
She is the A’ Vice President of AFAEMME (Mediterranean Confederation of Female Entrepreneurs), President of Balkan Women Coalition (Confederation of Female Entrepreneurs in Balkans), a member of the Financial Committee of W20 (G20), and holds the position of Advisor for G7 related to the W7 agenda.
Mrs. Tsaltampasi was awarded the title of Ambassador of Women Entrepreneurship in 2010 by the European Commission for her work in promoting women’s entrepreneurship. She was the Finalist for the EUSEW 2022 Awards of the European Commission in the Category of “Women in Energy”. As President of SEGE and WEnCoop, she has led WEnCoop to win the National and European Award, of the category “Green Transition”, in the European Enterprise Promotion Awards – EEPA 2022.

ELENA KOPANAROVA
Director of the European Program Department
Elena Elena is Head of the European Programs Cooperation Department. She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia and has a Certificate of specialization in Accounting and Tax from the Economic and Technical Institute IVAN ILIEV, Bulgaria.
Her promotion into Head of European Programs Cooperation Department was based on her experience and expertise in developing and implementing European programs. She often participates in meetings and conferences of European institutions and organizations. Indicative programs have been completed and Elena was the manager for the writing and implementations: SmartPA, Balkan Coalition, Thusaurus, Coaching and Cooperate Management Skills for Professional Development, VABpro Town Twinning.

SOTIRIS NAKOS
Financial Manager
Nakos Sotiris is a graduate of the department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Macedonia and a member of the department of Quality Assurance Standards Systems (ISO) and of the Subsidies & Grants department as he has extensive experience in the preparation and writing of international ISO standards and in the implementation and management of development programs’ projects. He is also a member of the Exports department.

NASIA IOANNIDOU
Senior Project Manager with expertise in social empowerment
Nasia Ioannidou is a Consultant of the EU Funding Department and a Certified Adult Educator by EOPPEP. She studied Classic Philology at the University of Ioannina, while she continued her education on issues related to education, social inclusion, employment, entrepreneurship, and gender violence.
For the last 10 years, she has been working in the field of European grants, specializing in entrepreneurship, gender, and social cohesion.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing projects related to Female Entrepreneurship and women’s economic and personal empowerment. At the same time, through the activities of OECON, she supports women from vulnerable social groups in order to develop their professional and entrepreneurial skills.

GIORGOS TSANIS
Senior Project Manager with expertise in R&D
Giorgos Tsanis is a manager of the EU Funding Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and Development from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece, and a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen (RUG), the Netherlands.
Tsanis conducts research, develops partnerships and coordinates the implementation of European projects in cooperation with foreign and national Universities, organizations and start-ups. He also participates frequently in international conferences and forums, representing institutions of Greece.
Since 2022, Mr. Tsanis has been an Evaluator of the Erasmus+ programme for INEDIVIM (Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation), for the Youth and Sports sectors

GIORGOS ΚΑRAGEORGIOU
Business Consultant
George Karageorgiou has been an executive in the Department of Studies and National Subsidies since 2020. He possesses extensive experience in drafting and managing development program projects, having worked in the same field in the past.
George holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, as well as a Master’s Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a focus on “Networks and Complexity.”With his many years of experience in the field, George has developed a keen ability to understand the unique needs of each business. His expertise allows him to swiftly and decisively guide them towards the most suitable solutions, ensuring their success.

MANOLIS KARIOFILLOGLOU
Business Consultant
Kariofilloglou Manolis is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Democritus University of Thrace, holder of a master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece as well.
He is a member of the Department of Studies and Subsidies & Grants Department, working as a business consultant, and participating in the management and monitoring of Development Program Projects.

JENNY ELEME
Research & Innovation Project Expert
Jenny Eléme holds a degree in Business Administration from the American College of Thessaloniki “Anatolia” and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Stirling, Scotland.
With extensive experience in drafting and managing funded investment projects within the framework of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) and ESPA, she has collaborated with various consulting firms in the Greek market and has taken on significant roles in the preparation and implementation of projects under the Development Law and Leader initiatives. As a self-employed professional, she developed and implemented numerous investment plans for small and medium-sized enterprises and other organizations.In recent years, she has worked in the European Programs department, specializing in the preparation, management, and implementation of EU co-funded projects. She has experience in developing and submitting proposals under the Research-Create-Innovate program and Horizon Europe, with a focus on innovation and research.
She is fluent in English and has a good command of French and Russian. She specializes in designing strategies for implementing research projects and enhancing innovation in businesses and organizations.

PARASKEVAS PLATONAS
Business Consultant
Platonas Paraskevas is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the Democritus University of Thrace and holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia.
Previously, he worked as an economist at a consulting company in the city of Xanthi. Presently, he is a member of the Department of Studies & National Subsidies, actively participating in the management and monitoring of Development programs projects.

MANDO STERGIOU
ISO Management Certification Consultant
ISO Management Certification Consultant Manto Stergiou is a graduate of the Department of Philology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a master’s degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in the Joint Postgraduate Program “Languages, Communication, and Management of Educational Services in Modern, Social, Economic, and Technological Environment.” She is further trained in topics related to Digital Education, Customer Satisfaction & Management, Corporate Process Management, and Quality. Additionally, she has extensive professional experience in the fields of Administrative Support and Corporate Customer Service.
Currently, she works as a Certification Consultant for ISO Management at OECON GROUP, dealing with the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems, environmental management, occupational health and safety, information security, and other ISO standards.

ALEXANDRA THOMAIDOU
Project Manager
Alexandra Thomaidou holds a degree in Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is pursuing an MSc in European Youth, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Culture Policies at the University of Macedonia.
She is a recognized Adult Educator and specializes in Culture, Cultural Heritage, and Arts. Alexandra is an executive in the European Programs Department, where she manages and implements co-funded projects. Her expertise contributes significantly to the success of European initiatives in areas such as youth, education, entrepreneurship, and cultural development.

ELENI SIAPIKOUDI
Project Manager
Eleni specializes in non-formal education, women and youth empowerment, and the promotion of civil society initiatives. She is part of the European Programs Department, with specific focus on entrepreneurship, energy transition, women empowerment and digitalization.

YORGOS MOUFTOGLOU
Project Manager
Yorgos Mouftoglou is a graduate of the Department of Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is pursuing his LL.M. In Legal Theory and Interdisciplinary Legal Studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a member of the European Programmes Department, working on the drafting, management and implementation of EU co-funded projects, with emphasis on proposals related to social inclusion policies, gender equality, and culture.

MARINA VASILAKI
Junior Project Manager
Marina Vasilaki is a graduate student of the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Macedonia. She works as a Junior Project Manager at OECON GROUP, where she is a member of the European Programs team. Her work involves the writing and implementation of co-financed European projects, focusing on social inclusion, equality, the inclusion of minorities, as well as creativity, arts, and culture.

KIKI TSALTAMPASI
Junior Project Manager
Kiki Tsaltampasi is a qualified preschool teacher with a degree in Early childhood education and care from the International University of Thessaloniki. She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from the European University of Cyprus, as well as a certificate in Special Education from the University of Patras.
She continually advances her skills through seminars on modern pedagogical approaches, special education, and digital marketing, promoting social inclusion.

Kyriaki Touska holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, as well as a Master’s in E-Business and Digital Marketing. She has expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, market research, and information technology, and she remains actively engaged in continuous professional development.
As a 360° Digital Marketer at OECON GROUP, Kyriaki designs and implements strategies focused on driving growth for the company and its projects, emphasizing innovation and strategic marketing.

ANNETA IOANNIDOU
Operation Manager
Annetta Ioannidou is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education & Sports Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with extensive experience in Logistics & International Transport, as well as Customer Care Management.
Her diverse background in education, management, rowing, and language skills makes her a versatile professional, poised to enhance the organization’s success.

VIVI KOTSAPOUIDIOU
Secretarial support
Vivi Kotsapouikidou is a journalism graduate with many years of experience in online and television media, both locally and nationally.
At the same time, she is certified in Digital & Social Media and has managed the communication and Social Media part of organizations, individuals and businesses through content creation.
Through her communication skills she contributes to the large OECON team from the position of secretarial support.

CHRISTOS NALPANTIDIS
Accountant
Christos Nalpantidis holds a degree in Economic Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia.
With experience in the field of accounting, he is a member of the Accounting Department at OECON GROUP, contributing to the monitoring and management of the organization’s finances and European projects.

EVITA STAVROU
Art Community Expert
Evita Stavrou is a visionary sociocultural entrepreneur, visual artist, activist, and educator with a strong focus on holistic and inclusive education. She holds a prominent role as a cultural advisor for the European Capitals of Culture, specializing in multi-thematic festivals.
Since 2013, she has been the artistic director of artistic and cultural programs at FIX in art, and from 2016, she serves as the president of the Association. In her capacity as president, Evita plays a vital role in event planning, project development, sustainability, and forging symbiotic relationships. She leads the team in networking with local and international communities through artist residencies, events, conferences, and public consultations.
As a visual creator of recyclable art, Evanthia champions an educational approach. She skillfully coordinates and implements creative workshops, not only at FIX in art but also for other thematic activities such as Christmas events at the Lazaristes Monastery, Workshops within the framework of Asterocosmos, Fix Small Art, Craft Hub, and more.
Evita is a founding member of several impactful NGOs, including M-eating Hub, the Women’s Energy Community WenCoop, and the Social Cooperative For Me. Additionally, she serves as the Coordinator of the Working Group of Cultural Activities of SEGE.
Her contributions extend beyond her organizations as she collaborates with OECON Group, serving as an Art Community Expert in various cultural and educational initiatives. Evanthia’s multifaceted talents and dedication make her an influential force in promoting creativity, education, and positive social change within both local and international communities.

DIMITRIS PAPADOPOULOS
Researcher – Technical Staff
Dimitris Papadopoulos is a PhD candidate in the Department of Biology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in molecular biology with a focus on aquatic organisms.
He holds a degree in Biology and a master’s in Innovation and Sustainability in Aquaculture. He has gained significant experience through participation in research projects funded by the EU and national bodies, focusing on the sustainable development of aquaculture, the management of pathogenic organisms, and the impacts of climate change on marine resources.
He has published numerous research papers in international scientific journals and has presented his work at both Greek and international conferences. Additionally, he has expertise in molecular biology and genetics techniques, statistical data analysis, and research project management.
His specialization in the genetics of aquatic organisms and innovation in aquaculture contributes significantly to the development of advanced solutions, enhancing sustainable production and improving the company’s environmental practices.

ATHANASIOS LATTOS
Researcher – Technical Staff
Athanasios Lattos is a distinguished researcher in aquaculture, ichthyology, and marine biology. He holds a degree in Agriculture, Ichthyology, and the Aquatic Environment from the University of Thessaly, along with two master’s degrees in aquaculture, giving him extensive expertise in the sustainability of marine organisms and the pathological conditions affecting them.
He is a PhD candidate at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he investigates the microbial load of farmed fish and bivalves, analyzing its seasonal and physiological correlations. He has participated in 14 research projects and has been awarded scholarships from ELIDEK and other institutions.
With over 38 publications in international scientific journals, Dr. Lattos actively contributes to the advancement of aquaculture, providing solutions for the protection and development of the sector. He also works as a consultant and researcher for marine bivalve and echinoderm farming units, as well as for innovative shrimp farming facilities.
His dedication to research and expertise in marine sciences make him a valuable partner in developing sustainable solutions for the fisheries and aquaculture industries.

DR. MARIA ALBANOU
Researcher – Technical Staff
Dr. Maria Albanou is a biologist specializing in Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Biotechnology. She has extensive research experience and has made significant contributions to the fields of molecular ecology and genetic analysis of aquatic organisms.
She graduated from the Department of Biology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Thessaly, focusing on the applications of Molecular Biology and Genetics. She earned her PhD from the University of Western Macedonia, with her research focusing on the genetics, molecular ecology, and physiology of freshwater crayfish, along with efforts to develop an aquaculture protocol for this group of organisms.
Her research activities include participation in numerous funded research programs, studies in the field of genetics, data analysis using bioinformatics tools, and the application of advanced DNA sequencing techniques. She has published numerous scientific articles in international journals and has presented her work at globally recognized conferences.
With fluency in English and expertise in modern bioinformatics tools, Maria Albanou actively contributes to the development of innovative solutions in biotechnology and the management of aquatic ecosystems.

DR. IOANNIS GEORGOULIS
Researcher – Technical Staff
Dr. Ioannis Georgoulis is a distinguished researcher in the fields of Physiology and Marine Organism Biology. He holds a degree in Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed postgraduate studies in “Applications in Biology.” His doctoral research focused on investigating the molecular and biochemical mechanisms of heat tolerance in Mytilus galloprovincialis mussels, with significant applications in aquaculture management and organism resilience to environmental changes.He has extensive research experience, having participated in numerous scientific projects, including the implementation of smart automated mussel farming management systems and the development of sustainable crayfish farming techniques. Additionally, he has taught at the American Farm School College and the University of Thessaly in subjects such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genomics, and Animal Physiology.With numerous publications in international scientific journals and participation in global conferences, Dr. Georgoulis actively contributes to advancing research and innovation in marine sciences and aquaculture.

DR. SOTIRIOS BOTSIOS
Researcher – Technical Staff
Dr. Sotirios Botsios is a distinguished expert in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), with over 20 years of experience in software development, data analysis, IoT, and cloud computing. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he holds a PhD from the Polytechnic School of the Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in Applied Mathematics.As a certified Cloud Architect, he has extensive experience in IT project management and the development of innovative applications in fields such as agriculture, healthcare, augmented reality, and IoT. He has served as a technical lead and project manager for pioneering initiatives, including oncoEhr, a cloud-based medical system for oncology patients, and KAMBIO, an intelligent agricultural management system.In addition, he has collaborated with companies and organizations in Greece and abroad, providing specialized solutions in software development, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence. With in-depth expertise in modern technologies and a strong programming background, he specializes in cloud infrastructures, data analytics, and the development of intelligent systems. Focused on innovation and technological advancement, he contributes to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that drive digital transformation.

DR. ATHANASIOS RAGKOS
Researcher – Technical Staff
Dr. Athanasios Ragkos is an agronomist with a specialization in Agricultural Economics and extensive research experience in the fields of sustainable agriculture and livestock farming, environmental economics, and the socio-economic analysis of agricultural production.
With a PhD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Dr. Ragkos has made significant contributions to research, having participated in more than 50 research projects, several of which he has led as the scientific supervisor or coordinator. His research work includes the evaluation of plant and animal genetic resources, the economic and social sustainability of production systems, the adoption of innovations and sustainable practices, natural resource management, and the analysis of agricultural holdings. He has played a central role in the development of innovative models for sustainable agriculture and livestock farming and has actively contributed to the submission and implementation of research programs at both national and international levels.
He maintains close collaborations with agricultural businesses, cooperatives, and producer groups. His goal is to promote innovative and sustainable solutions that will contribute to the development of the agricultural sector through scientific research and practical applications that support competitiveness and environmental responsibility.
