Final Meeting – Pride Network Lead

 We are pleased to announce the final meeting of the European Pride Network Lead project, implemented in Granada and organized by GrowthCoop!    

During the meeting, all partners had the opportunity to discuss the final steps of the project, as well as OECON GROUP’s participation in one of the biggest events for the LGBTQ+ community, the EuroPride 2024 “Human Rights Conference,” which will take place from June 26-28 in Thessaloniki!

At the Conference, OECON GROUP will participate in a panel discussion on “Safe Spaces at Work and Education: The Rise of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility as Corporate Values.” This discussion will be moderated by our Group CEO, Ms. Lina Tsaltampasi. During the session, our pioneering European project, “Pride Network Lead,” which aims to empower LGBT+ individuals in the workplace by testing new standards for the professional role of Pride Network Leaders, will be presented as a good practice.
