OBJECTIVE
INCLUSIVE APPRENTICESHIPS is a collaborative project spanning four countries, dedicated to promoting social inclusion in Vocational Education and Training (VET). The project’s mission is to enhance support for apprentices with fewer opportunities and from disadvantaged backgrounds, thus fostering innovation in work-based learning.
TARGET GROUP
- Company mentors in dual VET settings
- Apprentices from disadvantaged backgrounds in dual VET systems: apprentices with ethnic minority background (with particular focus on Roma), with refugee and/or migrant background, with physical or mental disabilities, living in rural areas, having low socioeconomic status, being at risk of discrimination.
