The project Romani Ambassadors is focused on improving conditions for the Romani community in terms of employment, equal job opportunities and entrepreneurship. Its core designation has been based on the continuity and further exploitation of good results and practices originate from another Erasmus+ project focused on Roma entrepreneurship and education boosting.
The main objectives of the project are:
- To enhance and improve training of trainers and mediators in the field of youth Romani education in terms of helping to policy reforming and implementing EU’s ambition for inclusion of the Romani community
- To enhance and improve training of trainers and mediators focused on the EU’s ambition for Romani’s employment opportunities. The emerging problems concerning the Romani community is the low level of educational skills, discrimination in the private sector against the Romani labor force and the big gap between men and women
