At OECON Group, through the European Pride Network Lead project, we are aiming to create, promote, and evaluate a new professional archetype: the ‘Pride Network Leader’.

This role is designed to support the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace and advocate for diversity and inclusion within organizations.”
