LINA TSALTAMPASI

CEO of OECON GROUP

Mrs. Tsaltampasi is the President of the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – SEGE, the President of Female Energy Cooperative WEnCoop, and the CEO of OECON Group of Companies. She actively supports Female Entrepreneurship and the Promotion of Women in all sectors of the Economy through S.E.G.E., as well as other positions she holds.

She is the A’ Vice President of AFAEMME (Mediterranean Confederation of Female Entrepreneurs), President of Balkan Women Coalition (Confederation of Female Entrepreneurs in Balkans), a member of the Financial Committee of W20 (G20), and holds the position of Advisor for G7 related to the W7 agenda.

She is a PhD Candidate at the University of Macedonia, within the field of Female Entrepreneurship as a Factor in reaching the 17 SDGs.

Mrs. Tsaltampasi was awarded the title of Ambassador of Women Entrepreneurship in 2010 by the European Commission for her work in promoting women’s entrepreneurship. She was the Finalist for the EUSEW 2022 Awards of the European Commission in the Category of “Women in Energy”. As President of SEGE and WEnCoop, she has led WEnCoop to win the National and European Award, of the category “Green Transition”, in the European Enterprise Promotion Awards – EEPA 2022.

She was also honored in 2014 with the title “Women Motivator in Mediterranean” and in 2018 she received an honorary award, from the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece – K.E.D.E., for her overall contribution to women’s entrepreneurship.

GIORGOS ΚΑRAGEORGIOU

Business Consultant

George Karageorgiou has been an executive in the Department of Studies and National Subsidies since 2020. He possesses extensive experience in drafting and managing development program projects, having worked in the same field in the past.

George holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, as well as a Master’s Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a focus on “Networks and Complexity.”With his many years of experience in the field, George has developed a keen ability to understand the unique needs of each business. His expertise allows him to swiftly and decisively guide them towards the most suitable solutions, ensuring their success.

MANOLIS KARIOFILLOGLOU

Business Consultant

Kariofilloglou Manolis is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Democritus University of Thrace, holder of a master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece as well.

He is a member of the Department of Studies and Subsidies & Grants Department, working as a business consultant, and participating in the management and monitoring of Development Program Projects.

JENNY ELEME

Research & Innovation Project Expert

Jenny Eléme holds a degree in Business Administration from the American College of Thessaloniki “Anatolia” and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Stirling, Scotland.

With extensive experience in drafting and managing funded investment projects within the framework of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) and ESPA, she has collaborated with various consulting firms in the Greek market and has taken on significant roles in the preparation and implementation of projects under the Development Law and Leader initiatives. As a self-employed professional, she developed and implemented numerous investment plans for small and medium-sized enterprises and other organizations.In recent years, she has worked in the European Programs department, specializing in the preparation, management, and implementation of EU co-funded projects. She has experience in developing and submitting proposals under the Research-Create-Innovate program and Horizon Europe, with a focus on innovation and research.

She is fluent in English and has a good command of French and Russian. She specializes in designing strategies for implementing research projects and enhancing innovation in businesses and organizations.

PARASKEVAS PLATONAS

Business Consultant

Platonas Paraskevas is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the Democritus University of Thrace and holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia.

Previously, he worked as an economist at a consulting company in the city of Xanthi. Presently, he is a member of the Department of Studies & National Subsidies, actively participating in the management and monitoring of Development programs projects.

ELENA KOPANAROVA

Director Project Manager

Elena Elena is Head of the European Programs Cooperation Department. She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia and has a Certificate of specialization in Accounting and Tax from the Economic and Technical Institute IVAN ILIEV, Bulgaria.

Her promotion into Head of European Programs Cooperation Department was based on her experience and expertise in developing and implementing European programs. She often participates in meetings and conferences of European institutions and organizations. Indicative programs have been completed and Elena was the manager for the writing and implementations: SmartPA, Balkan Coalition, Thusaurus, Coaching and Cooperate Management Skills for Professional Development, VABpro Town Twinning.

GIORGOS TSANIS

Senior Project Manager

Giorgos Tsanis is a manager of the EU Funding Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and Development from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece, and a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen (RUG), the Netherlands.

Tsanis conducts research, develops partnerships and coordinates the implementation of European projects in cooperation with foreign and national Universities, organizations and start-ups. He also participates frequently in international conferences and forums, representing institutions of Greece.

Since 2022, Mr. Tsanis has been an Evaluator of the Erasmus+ programme for INEDIVIM (Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation), for the Youth and Sports sectors.

NASIA IOANNIDOU

Senior Project Manager

Nasia Ioannidou is a Consultant of the EU Funding Department and a Certified Adult Educator by EOPPEP. She studied Classic Philology at the University of Ioannina, while she continued her education on issues related to education, social inclusion, employment, entrepreneurship, and gender violence.

For the last 10 years, she has been working in the field of European grants, specializing in entrepreneurship, gender, and social cohesion.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing projects related to Female Entrepreneurship and women’s economic and personal empowerment. At the same time, through the activities of OECON, she supports women from vulnerable social groups in order to develop their professional and entrepreneurial skills.

ALEXANDRA THOMAIDOU

Project Manager

Alexandra Thomaidou holds a degree in Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is pursuing an MSc in European Youth, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Culture Policies at the University of Macedonia.

She is a recognized Adult Educator and specializes in Culture, Cultural Heritage, and Arts. Alexandra is an executive in the European Programs Department, where she manages and implements co-funded projects. Her expertise contributes significantly to the success of European initiatives in areas such as youth, education, entrepreneurship, and cultural development.

ELENI SIAPIKOUDI

Project Manager

Eleni Siapikoudi holds a BA in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies and a MA in Politics and Economics of Contemporary Eastern and Southeastern Europe (University of Macedonia) and in International Politics (Newcastle University). Her academic interests focus on contemporary Balkan and European politics, international relations, social issues, Communication, and Media.
Eleni specializes in non-formal education, women and youth empowerment, and the promotion of civil society initiatives. She is part of the European Programs Department, with specific focus on entrepreneurship, energy transition, women empowerment and digitalization.

Junior Project Manager

Yorgos Mouftoglou is a graduate of the Department of Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is pursuing his LL.M. In Legal Theory and Interdisciplinary Legal Studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a member of the European Programmes Department, working on the drafting, management and implementation of EU co-funded projects, with emphasis on proposals related to social inclusion policies, gender equality, and culture.

BABIS PAPADOPOULOS

Junior Project Manager

Babis Papadopoulos is a graduate of the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Nicosia (UNIC). Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in International Security from the University of Groningen (RUG). Presently, he serves as a Junior Project Manager in the European Programs Department, contributing to the execution of projects focused on promoting the green economy and sustainability.

Marina Vasilaki is a graduate student of the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Macedonia. She works as a Junior Project Manager at OECON GROUP, where she is a member of the European Programs team. Her work involves the writing and implementation of co-financed European projects, focusing on social inclusion, equality, the inclusion of minorities, as well as creativity, arts, and culture.

Junior Project Manager

Kiki Tsaltampasi is a qualified preschool teacher with a degree in Early childhood education and care from the International University of Thessaloniki. She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from the European University of Cyprus, as well as a certificate in Special Education from the University of Patras.

She continually advances her skills through seminars on modern pedagogical approaches, special education, and digital marketing, promoting social inclusion.

Her diverse background in education, management, rowing, and language skills makes her a versatile professional, poised to enhance the organization’s success.

Manto Stergiou is a graduate of the Department of Philology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holding a Master’s degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme of Studies “Languages, Communication, and Management of Education Services in the Modern Social, Economic, and Technological Environment.”.

With extensive experience in customer service and private education, she currently serves as a secretarial support employee at OECON GROUP, dedicated to facilitating the seamless daily operation of the office.

With experience in the field of accounting, he is a member of the Accounting Department at OECON GROUP, contributing to the monitoring and management of the organization’s finances and European projects.

EVITA STAVROU

Art Community Expert

Evita Stavrou is a visionary sociocultural entrepreneur, visual artist, activist, and educator with a strong focus on holistic and inclusive education. She holds a prominent role as a cultural advisor for the European Capitals of Culture, specializing in multi-thematic festivals.

Since 2013, she has been the artistic director of artistic and cultural programs at FIX in art, and from 2016, she serves as the president of the Association. In her capacity as president, Evita plays a vital role in event planning, project development, sustainability, and forging symbiotic relationships. She leads the team in networking with local and international communities through artist residencies, events, conferences, and public consultations.
As a visual creator of recyclable art, Evanthia champions an educational approach. She skillfully coordinates and implements creative workshops, not only at FIX in art but also for other thematic activities such as Christmas events at the Lazaristes Monastery, Workshops within the framework of Asterocosmos, Fix Small Art, Craft Hub, and more.
Evita is a founding member of several impactful NGOs, including M-eating Hub, the Women’s Energy Community WenCoop, and the Social Cooperative For Me. Additionally, she serves as the Coordinator of the Working Group of Cultural Activities of SEGE.
Her contributions extend beyond her organizations as she collaborates with OECON Group, serving as an Art Community Expert in various cultural and educational initiatives. Evanthia’s multifaceted talents and dedication make her an influential force in promoting creativity, education, and positive social change within both local and international communities.
