This guide aims to offer essential insights on embedding the “Pride Network Leader” role within organizations.

At OECON Group, through the European Pride Network Lead project, our goal is to create, promote, and evaluate a new professional archetype: the “Pride Network Leader”. This role is designed to provide support for the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace and to foster diversity and inclusion within organizations.
